Nortech Drilling & Civil was engaged to improve the reliability of the 132kV transmission line between Adelaide River and Katherine by addressing degraded tower earthing systems. This essential upgrade enhances the safety and stability of NT's critical energy infrastructure.
Scope of Works
The project involved vertical drilling at selected transmission towers along the 132kV line, enabling the installation of new earthing systems in collaboration with Power and Water Corporation (PWC).
